Bio:
Samuel is a specialist in geopolitical research and analysis. He completed his DPhil in Anthropology at St Antony’s College, Oxford, where he was a Ramsay Scholar.

Wargames; simulations; scenarios; futures; preparedness; national security; geopolitics; analytical tradecraft; history of anthropology and intelligence operations.
