New Seminar Series: PalEvo
On all aspects of human evolution
This exciting new seminar series is a joint initiative from the School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography and the School of Archaeology.

The series brings together researchers working on human evolution from a range of perspectives. Speakers include established academics and doctoral students involved in cutting edge research.
Talks will cover Palaeolithic archaeology, palaeoanthropology, ancient genetics and palaeogenomics, cognitive anthropology and evolutionary psychology, palaeoecology, geochronology, palaeontology, and more.
The series is convened by Dylan Gaffney (School of Archaeology) and Thomas Püschel and Katarina Almeida-Warren (School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography).
The series begins on the 17th of January 2024 with a meet and greet session for all interested in this fascinating field.
