The intention of this section is to make available some of the more general lectures from the various anthropology courses taught here at the School. These lectures provide an introduction or a sample of some of the areas that are covered by the degree courses.
The first lecture, by Marcus Banks, Professor of Visual Anthropology, is the first in the series 'Introduction to anthropological theory', which is given to first year students on the Oxford BA degrees in Archaeology and Anthropology and in Human Sciences.
