Professor Stanley Ulijaszek of ISCA was invited to Tokyo, Japan last weekend to take part in the Nobel Prize Dialogue 2018. The Dialogue this year focused on 'The Future of Food' and Professor Ulijaszek was part of a panel entitled 'What We Eat and Why? Anthropological, Historical and Cultural Reasons' with Johann Deisenhofer and Claude Fischler. He also featured on the 'The Obesity Epidemic' with Sir Tim Hunt, Marion Nestle, and Nobuo Yoshiike.
